Dr. Ramaprasad Panda is a distinguished Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar, where he has served since 2007. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, and an M.Tech. in Power Electronics and ASIC Design from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad. With over three decades of academic and research experience, Dr. Panda specializes in power factor improvement in AC-DC converters, new inverter topologies for photovoltaic systems, and reactive power management in wind power integrated systems. His consultancy services have aided industries in system studies, load flow analysis, and the design of rooftop PV solar power plants. Dr. Panda has contributed extensively to the field through numerous publications in national and international conferences. His research continues to focus on mitigating voltage instability and advancing renewable energy integration with power grids.

Anuradha Rakshit, Principal of DPS Kalinga, Odisha, holds an M.Sc. and M.Ed. and has dedicated 38 years to the teaching profession. She began her career at DPS Noida in 1986, later moving to DPS Angul before taking the helm at DPS Kalinga. Driven by a deep passion for teaching and a love for children, she believes in ethical leadership and fosters an inclusive learning environment that caters to all types of learners. Known for her strong interpersonal skills, she has built positive relationships across the educational community. Her efforts have earned her numerous accolades, including “Best Principal” awards from SOF, CED, and Digital World. Under her leadership, DPS Kalinga received the prestigious International Dimension in Schools (IDS) Award (2020-23) and the International School Award (2017-2020) by the British Council. The school was also ranked No.1 CBSE Co-ed Day School in Odisha in 2023 by Education World and Education Today.

Prof. (Dr.) Priyadarshi Biswal is a distinguished academician with over 30 years of experience in education and research. A Ph.D. in English Language Studies and a gold medalist, he also holds advanced degrees in Business, Law, and Journalism. Currently, he serves as Dean of KIIT Kareer School and Professor in Liberal Studies, combining academic expertise with practical industry insights. Dr. Biswal is known for his contributions to employability initiatives and professional education. With numerous publications in high-indexed journals, patents, and active involvement in professional bodies, he continues to make significant contributions to academia and industry collaboration.
