Dr. Mrutyunjay Swain is a Professor and Head of the Department of Economics at Berhampur University, where he also serves as Director of the Centre for Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy (CSEIP) and Joint Director of the Centre of Excellence on Climate Change and Disaster Resilience (CCDR). With over 20 years of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Swain holds an M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. from Utkal University. He has completed 23 research projects, published 6 books, and 70 research papers, and received multiple awards, including the Sardar Patel Research Award in 2018.

Prof. (Dr.) Manmatha Kumar Roul is the Principal and Professor at GITA Autonomous College, Bhubaneswar, with over 30 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, an M.Tech. in Thermal Engineering, and a Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur, along with an MBA in Human Resource Management. An expert in Computational Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfer, and Aerospace Engineering, Dr. Roul has published over 100 research papers and guided numerous Ph.D. and M.Tech. scholars. He is a respected educationist, researcher, and mentor, known for his significant contributions to academia and society.

Professor Dr. Dindayal Swain, a distinguished academic and motivational speaker, serves as a professor at Sri Sri University. With a PhD from Central University and executive education from Columbia Business School, he boasts 25 years of experience across corporate, academic, and coaching sectors. An ICF Certified Life and Executive Coach, Dr. Swain has trained over 100,000 corporate executives and 150,000 students in India and the Asia Pacific. His career highlights include roles at Tata BP Lubricants, Parle India, and Rajalakshmi School of Business. Dr. Swain is also recognized globally, featuring in the Drucker Forum’s 2020 Special Report.

Dr. P. Prasant is an accomplished academician and administrator with over 11 years of experience in IT, Computer Applications, and Management, along with 3 years as a corporate trainer. Currently serving as the Registrar and Associate Professor at the School of Information Technology, AIPH University, he is a recognized Cyber Security Expert and Innovation Ambassador. Dr. Prasant mentors at prominent organizations like Start-up India, Invest Punjab, and Start-up Odisha, contributing to the entrepreneurial ecosystem. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Applications from CSJM University, Kanpur, and is the founder of Prasant Computer Studies and Management and Coding Pathshala. A member of the World Human Rights Protection Commission and the Asian-African Chamber of Commerce & Industry, he has authored 8 books, filed 12 patents, and published 7 research papers. Dr. Prasant is also the Brand Ambassador for the London School of Business, UK, and is committed to advancing IT education and innovation.

Dr. Nayak is a distinguished Professor of Human Resource Management with over 34 years of experience in teaching, academic administration, corporate training, and consultancy, both in India and abroad. He has held leadership positions at prestigious institutions such as BIMTECH, Amity University, KIIT School of Management, and ITS Institute of Management. Dr. Nayak has conducted over 350 Management Development Programs for executives across 40 organizations, including NTPC, RBI, and JSPL Oman. He has managed significant consultancy projects funded by DFID, USAID, UNDP, and UNICEF, and played a pivotal role in establishing rural hospitals in Rajasthan and Odisha. An accomplished researcher, he has published three books and 29 research papers in SCOPUS-indexed journals. Dr. Nayak has been recognized with several awards, including the National HR Excellence Award and Best Research Paper Award at the University of Oxford. His research interests span leadership development, work-life balance, and youth employability.
