Dr. Pritam Pal, Group Director at Regional College of Management (RCM), Bhubaneswar, is a visionary entrepreneur and accomplished product architect with over two decades of experience. With a Master of Science degree, he has successfully transformed his vision into a thriving enterprise, leading a dedicated team of 113 professionals. Dr. Pal’s journey, which began in the late ’90s, has been marked by his commitment to building leaders and fostering innovation. His mission is to establish SWASH as a symbol of excellence and human culture, creating a legacy that transcends generations.

Prof. S. Peppin, Ph.D., is a seasoned educator, trainer, researcher, and consultant with nearly 40 years of experience. He has served in various academic and leadership roles at institutions such as Loyola College, Chennai, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Delhi, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and XIM University, Bhubaneswar. An alumnus of Loyola College Chennai, Jawaharlal Nehru University, and IIM Ahmedabad, Prof. Peppin has been dedicated to inclusive education and institutional development. He has led significant initiatives, including the Education for the Margins Programme and several projects funded by the Global Fund for TB, AIDS, and Malaria.

Prof. Devi Prasad Misra is the Officer on Special Duty and Vice-Chancellor in charge at Vikram Dev University, Jeypore, Odisha, with over 31 years of teaching experience and 28 years in research. He holds multiple degrees, including an M.Com., M.B.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. Prof. Misra has published 12 books, 130 research papers, and holds 4 patents. He has guided 27 Ph.D. and 22 M.Phil. scholars. He has held various administrative roles at F.M. University, including Director of IQAC and Chairman of the P.G. Council. His international academic assignments include visits to Vietnam, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Laos.
