Dr. V. Rajendran, Vice Chancellor of the Academy of Maritime Education and Training, is a distinguished academician with over 30 years of experience, including 20+ years in administration. He holds a D.Sc. in Biomaterials (Bharathiar University), Ph.D. in Physics (Annamalai University), and M.Tech. in Nanotechnology (Anna University). A graduate of prestigious leadership programs like LEAP (India, 2020; UPenn, USA, 2021) and the Fulbright-Nehru Programme (USA, 2015), Dr. Rajendran has been recognized as one of the top 2% scientists globally in Material Science since 2019 by Stanford University. An NAAC Assessor and recipient of 25+ awards, including the National Science Communication Award (2016), he excels in science promotion and academic excellence.

Dr. R. Srinivasan is the Director of SOIL School of Business Design (SSOBD), Manesar, with over 20 years of experience in academics, research, and consultancy, following a 17-year tenure in the industry. Holding a Ph.D. in Financial Risk Management from FMS, University of Delhi, he has held senior leadership roles at institutions like NMIMS University, IMT Ghaziabad, and IIFT Delhi. Dr. Srinivasan has contributed to European Union-funded projects and provided consultancy to organizations such as Nomura Research Institute and the University of Applied Sciences, Frankfurt. An expert in Financial Modelling and Risk Management, his research is published in leading journals. He has also guided Ph.D. scholars and served as an examiner for doctoral evaluations, reflecting his academic excellence.
