Dr. Sunil Rai, Vice Chancellor of UPES, has driven the university to new heights, including being named University of the Year (North India) 2021 by ASSOCHAM and ranking among the top 100 universities in India per NIRF Rankings 2021. With 42 years of rich experience across academia, the Indian Navy, and the corporate sector, Dr. Rai has previously served as Vice Chancellor of MIT ADT University, Pune. He co-founded Cambridge Global Partners and is on the Board of Advisors for Virginia Polytechnic University. A prolific speaker and excellent communicator, he has pioneered significant academic programs and infrastructural developments. Dr. Rai holds a PhD in Business Continuity Management from BITS Pilani, an MBA in HR from IGNOU, and advanced degrees from IIT Mumbai, INS Shivaji, and JNU. His research focuses on technology-enabled change management and organizational development. Originally from Bhopal, he is an alumnus of Sainik School Rewa and NDA Khadakwasla.

Sudhir Gupta, Founder Chairman of Moradabad Institute of Technology Group of Institutions, is a seasoned lawyer with over 57 years of experience in various branches of law, including Constitutional Law, Corporate & Commercial Law, Arbitration, and Employment Disputes. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, and other tribunals and High Courts across India. Beyond his legal practice, Sudhir is dedicated to advocating for the rights of underprivileged and disadvantaged communities. Awarded the Packard Fellowship by the International Institute of Education, San Francisco, he has worked extensively on promoting the human rights of women and children. He also serves as a resource person for various industry bodies and not-for-profit organizations, conducting training programs on legal and compliance issues. An avid nature enthusiast, Sudhir enjoys trekking in the Himalayas, jungle walks, and birding, often sharing these experiences with his two sons and community children.

Professor P.K. Dashora, recently appointed as the Vice Chancellor of Mangalayatan University, Aligarh, is an esteemed academician from Udaipur, Rajasthan. He holds a postgraduate degree in Statistics from Rajasthan University. With a rich professional background, Prof. Dashora has previously served as the additional Vice Chancellor at Kota University, Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture & Technology, and Udaipur Agriculture University. His notable tenure includes six years as a member of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission. A prolific researcher, he has guided 450 Ph.D. students and published extensively in national and international journals. Prof. Dashora has been honored with several awards for his significant contributions to academia. His leadership promises to drive the university towards greater academic and research excellence.

Dr. S. K. Rathor PhD, M.Sc. & M.Phil. in Physics and MBA in marketing started his career as Computer Engineer in one of the top IT Company of the country in 1991. After four and half years of his services he established and successfully ran his own Computer Company but his undying passion towards education, inspired him to venture into early year education. He started first preschool in 1999 and his vision to establish an unique learning system for the preschoolers made him travelled to several countries to understand and explore different preschool education systems. His in-depth research on early year education inspired him to adopt U.K. concept of preschool education. Dr. S. K. Rathor is decorated with “Entrepreneur of the Year Award” for his contribution in the field of education and is awarded as “The Most Successful Educationist in Early Childhood Education”. He is a well-known name in the field of education today and his Success Story is telecasted on ABP News. Dr. Rathor is a regular speaker in major conferences & seminars on Education & Entrepreneurship in the country.

Prof. (Dr.) Avadesh Kumar, with a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Thapar University and a B.Tech. from HBTI Kanpur, boasts over two decades of experience in academia and technology. Currently serving as Pro Vice-Chancellor at Galgotias University, he drives strategic initiatives for institutional growth and academic excellence. Prof. Kumar’s tenure at Galgotias University and past experience at Amity University reflect his commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a conducive learning environment. His roles as Professor, Dean Planning, and Chief Proctor highlight his dedication to guiding aspiring tech professionals. A member of esteemed societies like IEEE, ACM, and CSI, Prof. Kumar remains committed to staying updated with industry advancements and fostering innovation.
