Prof. (Dr.) Satish Chander Sharma is the Pro Vice-Chancellor of BBD University, Lucknow, with over 30 years of experience in teaching and administration. A specialist in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources, he holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, an MBA (HR), and an M.Phil. in Organizational Behavior from Delhi University. Dr. Sharma has served in leadership roles at renowned institutions, including IMS Ghaziabad and SGT University, where he contributed to achieving NAAC A+ accreditation and UGC 12-B status. An accomplished scholar, he has authored 12 books, 10 chapters, four patents, and over 60 research articles in Scopus and Web of Science journals. A keynote speaker and member of global organizations like AOM-USA, he is passionate about advancing education and research.

Dr. K. Maran is a seasoned academician with 31 years of teaching experience and currently serves as Professor and Director at Sri Sai Ram Institute of Management Studies, Chennai. A prolific scholar, he has published over 225 articles in national and international journals and supervised 50 Ph.D. and 65 M.Phil. candidates. Dr. Maran has organized 12 international and 45 national conferences, 400 seminars, and 40 workshops. A passionate career counselor, he has guided over 2 lakh students globally through institutions, media, and outreach programs, and hosted 1000+ youth-focused shows on Tamil Nadu television. An author and editor of 20 books, he has contributed to producing over 100 university rank holders, including three gold medalists, showcasing his dedication to education and societal impact.

Prof. (Dr.) Richa Dahiya is a distinguished academician with over 19 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration. Currently serving as Dean of Academics at a leading Indian B-school, she specializes in Marketing with a focus on outcome-based education and student-centric pedagogy. A Ph.D. in Marketing Management from Kurukshetra University, she has held key roles such as Director O/c, PGP Chairperson, and Research Convener at reputed institutions. Dr. Dahiya has authored the book Online Shopping Behavior and published numerous high-impact research papers in journals like Springer, Inderscience, and Emerald (ABDC-ranked). A research guide to seven Ph.D. scholars, she excels in ethical leadership, CSR, and cross-cultural studies, making significant contributions to academia and industry practices.

Dr. Atul Kumar Nasa is the Pro Vice-Chancellor at SGT University, Gurugram, with over 35 years of experience spanning industry, academics, and regulatory affairs. Formerly, he served as Head of the Office of Controlling & Licensing Authority and Deputy Drugs Controller for the Government of Delhi. A doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Amity University and a postgraduate in Pharmacy from Delhi University, Dr. Nasa has made significant contributions to policy-making as a member of various governmental and professional committees. Recognized with numerous accolades, including the “Best Drugs Control Officer Award” (2017) and “Regulatory Person of the Year Award” (2009), he has published widely and remains a dedicated advocate for advancing the pharmacy profession through education, research, and regulation.

Prof. Nupur Prakash is the Vice Chancellor of The NorthCap University, Gurugram, since July 2021. Under her leadership, the university achieved UGC 12(b) status, NAAC ‘A’ grade, QS IGAUGE Diamond and Platinum badges, and ASIC UK accreditation. Formerly the founder Vice Chancellor of Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, she is a celebrated academician with awards like “Inspiring Women Edu-leader” and “Lifetime Achievement for Promoting Girl-Centric Education.” A global consultant, she has contributed to UNESCO G8 forums, international ICT projects, and prestigious academic programs. With 15 Ph.D. scholars, 100+ publications, and expertise in AI and NLP, she embodies excellence in leadership and education, inspiring change and innovation in higher education.
