Dr. P Mohan Chander, a distinguished figure and the esteemed founder of the organization, has played an instrumental role in shaping its trajectory. Dr. K. Indira Devi, the Principal (FAC) of GRG Polytechnic College, Coimbatore, holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University, Chennai (2018). With a rich academic journey, she pursued her M.Tech in Instrumentation & Control Systems from J.N.T.U.C.E, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh (2000) and B.Tech in Electronics & Instrumentation from Bapatla Engineering College, Bapatla (1998). With 23 years of teaching experience in technical education, she has held diverse roles from Lecturer to Principal. Dr. Indira Devi has contributed significantly to research, publishing 5 articles in international journals and registering 6 patents. She actively engages in faculty development programs, receiving funds for projects and winning awards such as the Best Paper Award for her paper on “Role of Industries in Technical Education.” An active member of professional bodies like ISTE, IE(I), and IEEE, she shares her expertise and fosters learning opportunities for young engineers.

Dr. Vivek  a Consulting Maxillofacial Surgeon, resides in Chennai, India. He holds BDS and MDS degrees from Annamalai University and recently obtained FDSRCS (Eng) in 2023. With over 28 years of teaching experience, Dr. Vivek currently serves as the Dean, Professor & Head of the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at SRM KATTANKULATHUR Dental College, SRM UNIVERSITY, since October 30th, 2014. His academic prowess is complemented by over 200 scientific deliberations, 8 surgical workshops conducted, and over 54 publications. Engaged in societal responsibilities, he serves as an executive member of the National Association for the Blind, a member of the Rotary Club for Tobacco Cessation and Deaddiction, and a Trust Member of the Sri Ayyappa Charitable Trust Medical Centre. Dr. Vivek has been recognized with numerous awards, including scholarships, gold medals, and prestigious teaching awards. He received the ‘BEST TEACHER’ award from The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University in 2012 and was honored with the Distinguished Alumni award from Annamalai University in 2022.
