Dr. Chandan Kumar Jana serves as the esteemed Principal of Sammilani Mahavidyalaya. Armed with a Ph.D. and Post-Doctoral experience from USC, Los Angeles, along with prestigious memberships in FICS and FIBCS (Calcutta), he is a distinguished figure in the academic realm. Dr. Jana brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role, garnered from both his extensive education and his professional journey. With a commitment to academic excellence and innovation, he continually strives to enhance the learning environment for students and faculty alike. Dr. Debapriya Day is an accomplished academic with a diverse background in Chemistry and Polymer Science. He earned his B. Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry from Ramakrisna Mission Vidyamandira and M. Sc. from University College of Science and Technology, both under Calcutta University. Joining IIT Kharagpur as a Junior Research Fellow in 1996, he completed his Ph. D. in Polymer Science and Engineering in 1999. Dr. De served as a Professor in Chemistry at MCKV Institute of Engineering till 2023, contributing significantly as Controller of Examinations. Noteworthy accolades include the Young Scientist Award from DST, Govt. of India, and the “Teacher of the Year Award” from MAKAUT in 2017. His research, spanning rubber recycling, nanocomposites, and microwave-absorbing polymers, is evidenced by 40 publications in prestigious international journals and three authored books. Dr. De’s expertise extends to project management, supervision of Ph. D. students, and serving as a reviewer for numerous international journals. He also contributed six articles to Rubber Industry Magazine, showcasing his impact in both academia and industry.

Dr. Bhakti Bhusan Barik is a distinguished Professor and Dean at the School of Medical & Allied Health Sciences, Brainware University. With qualifications including an M.Pharm, PhD, FIC, and C-Chem, his expertise lies in Drug Delivery Systems, Micro & Nano Particles, and Pharmacokinetics. Renowned as an exemplary educationist, Dr. Barik is known for his unwavering commitment to student development and academic excellence. With a passion for facing new challenges, he consistently strives to exceed expectations, aiming for the growth and success of students’ learning experiences. Dr. Barik has an extensive research background, with 62 publications in reviewed journals and 106 papers presented in various congresses, conferences, and seminars. Notably, he has supervised 13 Ph.D. candidates, with 11 successfully awarded, and continues to mentor students at the M.Pharm. level. His dedication to innovative teaching methodologies and fostering student growth remains unparalleled.

Prof. Tamojit Ghosh Roy is the Head of Corporate Relations and Placements and an Assistant Professor of Human Resource at the Army Institute of Management. With over twenty-five years of experience, he has excelled in management teaching, B-School administration, and corporate learning. Prof. Ghosh Roy has served prestigious institutions in Mumbai and collaborated with renowned publishing houses like McGraw-Hill Education and Oxford University Press. He holds triple master’s degrees in Economics, Business Administration, and Psychotherapy & Counselling, complemented by executive education from IIM – Ahmedabad. His research interests span Economic Transitions, Entrepreneurship, and Consumer Psychology, with notable presentations at the University of Oxford. Recognized for his contributions, he has received 7 National/International Awards for teaching and innovations in education. Notably, he assisted Late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam in compiling the visionary work – ‘Envisioning an Empowered Nation’, extending the Vision 2020 report. Prof. Ghosh Roy is a sought-after speaker at World Education Summits and International Conferences, embodying excellence in academia and professional engagement.

Dr. Niraj Kumar serves as the Dean of the School of Rural Management at XIM University, Bhubaneswar. With a distinguished career, he has held positions at esteemed institutions such as the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow; Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal; and Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy, Dehradun. Renowned as a best-selling author, Dr. Kumar’s recent book, “Incredible Stories: Changemakers of Bharat,” achieved significant acclaim in the non-fiction genre in 2023. Holding a doctorate in Extension Education from the Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), Izatnagar, he completed his education in Agriculture from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar. Dr. Kumar’s expertise lies in Agri-business, rural management, and development communication, reflected in his contributions to international journals. His training initiatives have enhanced the professional competency of numerous government and non-government professionals and organizations, affirming his impact in the field.

Prof. Premendu P. Mathur is the Vice Chancellor of Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar, with over 48 years of teaching and research experience. Previously, he served as the Vice Chancellor of KIIT University and was the Founder Head of the Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics at Pondicherry University, where he also led the Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. A distinguished academician, Prof. Mathur holds M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Banaras Hindu University. He is an elected Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences, India, and the National Academy of Medical Sciences. With around 200 published papers and numerous accolades, including the Asutosh Mookerjee Memorial Award and the ICMR International Fellowship Award, he has significantly contributed to academia. Prof. Mathur has been a driving force behind several educational initiatives, including the “Study in India Programme,” and has served on the editorial boards of over 100 national and international journals.
