Prof. Sudhindra Nath Panda, the Vice-Chancellor of C. V. Raman Global University, is a distinguished academician and prominent researcher specializing in Land and Water Resources Engineering. With over four decades of experience, he has significantly shaped technical education, research, and continuing education programs in India. Prof. Panda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) and M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees in Soil & Water Engineering from Punjab Agricultural University (PAU). His outstanding contributions span various esteemed institutions including IIT Kharagpur, PAU Ludhiana, and SRM University-AP. Prof. Panda’s research in “Integrated Land and Water Resources Systems Planning and Management” and “Rainwater Conservation and Reuse for Climate Resilient Rainfed Agriculture” has garnered global recognition. He has led numerous national and international research projects, facilitating collaborations with countries like Germany, Japan, and Canada. Prof. Panda’s leadership extends to organizational development and academic initiatives, earning him prestigious awards and fellowships in recognition of his significant contributions to academia and scientific research.

Prof. Biswajit Ghosh, the Vice Chancellor of The Neotia University, is a distinguished academician and researcher with a remarkable career. Recognized for his exceptional contributions, he was honored with the “Sikharatna” award by the Government of West Bengal for his outstanding teaching. The National Institute of Technology, Agartola, conferred upon him a Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) degree in recognition of his profound impact on Science, Engineering, and Education. Prof. Ghosh holds the highest academic degree, a Doctor of Engineering (D.Sc. (Engg)), for his pioneering work in Engineering Sciences. His illustrious career includes significant international experience, having served as a postdoctoral researcher at Stuttgart University, Germany, and as a Fellow of the European Commission. He has held prestigious academic positions worldwide, including as a Visiting Reader at Northumbria University, a Royal Society Overseas Scientist at the University of Surrey Guildford, and a Visiting Professor at Newcastle University, UK. Additionally, Prof. Ghosh has contributed to global initiatives, serving as an Advisor at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in Energy & Climate Change.

Dr. Deepali Singhee is the Principal, Controller of Examinations (PG), and Professor of Chemistry at JD Birla Institute, Kolkata. With extensive academic credentials, she earned her Ph.D. in Chemistry from Jadavpur University in 2006, complementing her earlier degrees in Textiles & Clothing and Home Science. Dr. Singhee’s contributions extend beyond academia; she has received numerous accolades including the ‘Women of Excellence Award’ and ‘Most Admired Principal of the Year-West Bengal’. Her 27-year teaching tenure encompasses expertise in Textile Science, Clothing Construction, and Traditional Textiles. Notably, she steered JD Birla Institute to attain the highest ‘A’ grade from NAAC and secured autonomy from UGC. Dr. Singhee’s research interests focus on innovative treatments of textiles. She has authored several publications and led numerous seminars and conferences. Her dedication to education and research has earned her wide recognition and prestigious awards, making her a leading figure in the academic arena.

Prof. (Dr.) Dhrubajyoti Chattopadhyay, currently serving as the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Sister Nivedita University, Kolkata since January 2020, previously held the position of Founder Vice Chancellor of Amity University Kolkata from 2015 to 2019. With a career spanning over four decades, he has significantly contributed to academia and research. Graduating from Presidency College, Kolkata, with a major in Chemistry, he pursued his Masters and PhD in Bio-Chemistry from Bose Institute, Calcutta. Prof. Chattopadhyay’s tenure includes notable roles such as Dean of the Faculty of Science and Pro-Vice Chancellor at the University of Calcutta. He has conducted pioneering research globally, receiving prestigious awards and fellowships, including recognition from UNESCO. As an exceptional educator, he has mentored numerous successful PhD students and authored numerous research papers and book chapters. Prof. Chattopadhyay is renowned for his innovative ideas, effective communication, and collaborative spirit, making him a valuable asset to the academic community.

Dr. Monojit Ray serves as the Principal, Controller of Examinations (PG), and Professor of Chemistry at Barrackpore Rastraguru Surendranath College. Additionally, he holds key positions such as President of the Governing Body at Krishnagar Women’s College, and membership in various educational bodies including the West Bengal State University Court and Nadia District Primary School Council. Dr. Ray obtained his B.Sc. in Chemistry (Hons) from Rahara RKMVC College and his M.Sc. in Pure Chemistry (Inorganic specialization) from the University of Calcutta. He earned his Ph.D. from Jadavpur University with research interests focused on Food Chemistry and Bio-Inorganic Chemistry of South Bengal rivers. Dr. Ray has authored 28 research papers and a book chapter, showcasing his academic prowess. He has been recognized with numerous awards, including the National Prize for Higher Secondary Examination, Life Time Achiever Award, Best Teacher Award, and Bharat Siksha Ratan Award, among others, for his outstanding contributions to education and research.
