Prof. (Dr.) Ram Prahlad Choudhary is a distinguished academician and Director of the Department of Commerce at the University of Calcutta. Dr. Choudhary holds a Ph.D. from the University of Calcutta and has a diverse academic background, including an MBA and various certifications in Finance and Management. Dr. Choudhary’s research interests span Corporate Governance, Financial Markets, Banking & Insurance, Social Audit, Quality Management, Investors’ Awareness, and Higher Education. He has published extensively in reputable journals and actively supervises M.Phil and Ph.D. scholars. Dr. Saswati Sanyal is the Principal of Rammohan College, distinguished by her academic qualifications and research focus. She holds a Master’s degree, M.Phil., and Ph.D. from Calcutta University. Her research interests primarily lie in Econometrics and Monetary Economics, reflecting a deep engagement with quantitative analysis and economic modeling. As a seasoned educator and scholar, Dr. Sanyal’s contributions to the field extend beyond administrative duties. Her academic journey underscores a commitment to rigorous inquiry and scholarly pursuit, offering insights into economic phenomena and policy implications. Dr. Sitangshu Khatua, currently serving as the Dean of Xavier Business School at St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience spanning academia, research, and industry. Specializing in Finance and Accounts, he has conducted Management Development Programs (MDPs) for corporate entities and has been actively involved in finance research. Dr. Khatua holds a FPM/PhD in Finance from XLRI, along with a PGDM in Finance, CFA-level I, ME from BESU, and BE from NIT-DGP. He is the author of multiple books, including ‘Project Management and Appraisal’ published by Oxford University Press and ‘IRR – A BLUNDER – STILL IT IS POPULAR’ by Lambert Academic Publishing, Germany. Recognized for his expertise, Dr. Khatua has received prestigious awards such as the Most Admired Professor in Finance 2023 by BFSI Mumbai and the Best Professor Award in Finance 2019 from AMP, Hyderabad. He is also a Finance Trainer at FEW 2020 of AIWMI and actively contributes as a reviewer and editorial member for various journals.

Prof. (Dr.) Shauli Mukherjee is a distinguished academician and visionary leader serving as Professor and Dean at Adamas University, India. With over 21 years of experience in education, she has earned recognition as one of India’s Top 50 Women Leaders and Top 20 Revolutionary Education Leaders. As the Founder Principal of Adamas World School, she pioneered West Bengal’s first STEM School, earning accolades as the 2nd Best International Day School in the state. Viral Jain, the Managing Trustee of Lokpriya Providentia International School under Lokpriya Group of Companies, commenced his journey in the family business, Lokpriya Metal Corporation, in 2002. For five years, he spearheaded the company’s import and sale of non-ferrous metals, fostering a desire for innovation and expansion. In 2008, he diversified the company into stainless steel component manufacturing using CNC machines, witnessing exponential growth from an initial investment of INR 0.20 Cr to INR 20.00 Cr with 27 machines by 2022. In 2012, he ventured into auto components production, utilizing cutting-edge sliding head machines from Citizen Japan. In 2015, his passion for education led to the establishment of Lokpriya Providentia International School, enriching the city’s educational landscape.
