Sri T. Anil Kumar is a distinguished officer in the Andhra Pradesh State Group-I Services (2007 batch), currently serving as the Regional Employment Officer, Zone-I, Visakhapatnam, since October 2024. He has a diverse educational background, with a bachelor’s degree from Madras University, post-graduate studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University, and a General Management Program from ISB, Hyderabad. Over the years, Mr. Kumar has held pivotal positions such as CEO of the AP Innovation Society, Executive Director of AP State Skill Development Corporation, and Officer on Special Duty in the Chief Minister’s Office. His leadership earned Andhra Pradesh recognition as the “Best State in Skill Development” (2017 & 2018) and top national rankings in employability. Additionally, he has contributed to World Bank projects and authored publications on employability and entrepreneurship. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Political Science and Public Administration from Andhra University, further enhancing his expertise in governance and public policy.

Ch. Subbi Reddy is the District Employment Officer in Visakhapatnam with over 30 years of experience in skill development, career counseling, and organizing job drives and job melas to support unemployed youth. He has played a key role in various skilling and placement initiatives, youth empowerment programs, and tourism development efforts. Currently, he leads the implementation of a flagship government program in Visakhapatnam District, managing skill surveys through the Naipunyam App. This initiative focuses on identifying skill gaps and providing training to improve employability. Serving under the Department of Employment & Training, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Ch. Subbi Reddy continues to work towards empowering the region’s youth by creating meaningful employment opportunities.

P. M. Balaji is a senior management professional with 30 years of expertise in procurement, supply chain management, and project management. Currently the Head of Supply Chain Management at Toshiba Japan, he also serves as Independent Director at BEXCS Worldwide Inc. and Director (Projects) with PARD India, an NGO. His experience spans industries such as steel, water, gas, and power, working with companies like L&T, Mitsubishi, and Hitachi. Balaji has developed extensive vendor networks across India and internationally, demonstrating proficiency in strategic planning, cost reduction, and green procurement. A mentor, speaker, and avid volunteer, he is passionate about learning, creativity, and fostering team growth. He actively participates in social causes, reunions, and cultural exchanges.
