Dr. Ameet Chavan is the Director of the International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (IIEC) at VIT-AP University, Amaravati, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Ultra Low Power VLSI from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), USA, and has over 20 years of experience in both academia and industry. Dr. Chavan has worked with leading companies like Intel, AMD, and Echostar Technologies. He has been recognized for his research by NASA, DARPA, and SPAWAR. With seven patents, two of which are commercialized, he has established six Centers of Excellence and supported over 50 startups. He has also completed 20 R&D and industry consultancy projects at both national and international levels.

Dr. Varalaxmi Seeram Madem is a distinguished academician, researcher, and industry expert with over 15 years of experience. Specializing in Technology Management, Sustainability, Data Analytics, and Green HRM for Sustainable Development, she holds a Ph.D. in Green HRM from Andhra University. Her research spans diverse areas including sustainability, communication, and supply chain analytics. Dr. Varalaxmi has published multiple papers and contributed to book chapters, and has presented at numerous national and international conferences. She has extensive experience in academia, having taught at Andhra University and various institutes, and in the industry as a software trainer and programmer analyst. A certified professional in AI/ML and Business Analytics, she is passionate about integrating sustainable practices into HRM strategies.
