Dr Amit Gupta, Chairman, Jagannath International Management School (JIMS), is not only an eminent educationist, an outstanding scholar but also an excellent sports person. He is a Commerce+ Graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce and an MBA from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. His Doctorate degree was awarded by the GGS Indraprastha University. He has also done training programmes from Stanford University and Babson University, USA.

Prof. Dr Parvinder Singh, Vice-Chancellor at Rayat Bahra University, Mohali and formerly controller of examinations, Punjab University, Chandigarh, has a ubiquitous experience of 34 years in the education sector, including a glorious 26 years of teaching experience. He completed his PhD. – Chemistry in Ultrasonic Velocity Studies of Cu(I) and completed his L.L.B. (Professional) first division from Punjab University, Chandigarh. He has been a Controller of Examinations for seven-plus years and a registrar (examinations) for 12 years. He coordinated many National & States exams, such as Indian Administrative Services, Banking Services Recruitment Board, Intelligence Bureau, National Defence Academy, Combined Defence Services Examination-UPSC Railways etc.

Dr. (Col) A Garg is the Director of KIET Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad. For the past seven years, Dr. (Col) A Garg has been working in academia after serving 30 years in the Indian Army’s Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers. He has a B.Tech from Delhi Technological University (formerly Delhi College of Engineering) with M.Tech and Ph.D from IIT Delhi. Additionally, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from ET&T, Delhi. His experience with defence technology and equipment extends across a variety of terrains, weather conditions and different training institutions under Indian Army and Department of Defence Production (DDP). Having commanded two EME units as full Colonel in the north eastern region and southern India, he has a comprehensive understanding of various technology like unmanned aerial platforms, sensor & radar technology, simulation, maintenance, electronic & medical modular equipment, and has been instrumental in the management of equipment in various sectors of Rajasthan, Jammu and Kashmir, Sikkim, and Arunachal Pradesh. Dr. Garg’s PhD from IIT Delhi was on addressing Indian Army problems regarding multi echelon repair inventory systems, which involved rationalizing the telecommunication modules of radio sets used in tanks and other defence equipment, along with real-time information about repairs/ stocking decisions. He is also the Vice Co-Chair (Academic), Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand Region ASSOCHAM and Member CII Northern Regional Committee on Education 2022-23.

Dr. Mahadeo Jaiswal is the Founding Director of Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Sambalpur. Prior to this he was Professor in Information Systems and Dean (Research) at MDI, Gurgaon. His qualifications include PGPX from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA; PhD in Computer Science from Delhi University and Sr. Fulbright Fellow from Carnegie Mellon University, USA. Recently, He has been Visiting Professor at IIM Ahmedabad, University of California, USA and Rotterdam School of Management, NL. His area of expertise includes Innovation Strategy for Start-ups, Digital Innovation, Platform Eco Systems, Social Entrepreneurship, eGovernment, and IT Strategy. He has published more than 100 research papers and Cases in International Journals and He is author of seven books in Information Systems and Digital Strategy. He has pioneered in introducing Flipped Classroom as learning pedagogy in India. He has been member of several expert committee of GOI and Industry.

Prof. (Dr.) Vikas Dhawan is a seasoned academician and administrator with over 22 years of rich experience in the field of higher education. Currently serving as the Pro Vice Chancellor of SGT University, he has held various leadership positions including Principal, Additional Director, Director, and Director Principal in reputed institutes. He completed his B.E. degree from Chottu Ram State College of Engineering in 1998, M.Tech degree in Industrial Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, and Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University in 2013. His main research area focuses on the development, machining, and testing of fiber-reinforced composites. He has guided two Ph.D. students in the field of biodegradable composites and has published over 40 research papers in international and national journals and conferences. With a passion for technology and innovation in teaching, he has a keen interest in implementing the New Education Policy (2020) and has organized numerous conferences, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs. Prof. Dhawan has established various labs, an incubation center, and centers of excellence in Mechanical Engineering. He is also skilled in team building, asset management, resource allocation, and meeting targets within specified time intervals.
