Dr. M. Jayaprakasan, (I.S.D.S) is the CEO of Naan Mudhalvan Skill Initiative, Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation, Govt. of Tamil Nadu. He is an officer from Indian Skill Development Services (ISDS), he has served more than 28 years in the Directorate General of Training (DGT), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Govt. of India at various levels. He was the Director -IT and Director – Exams in the Directorate General of Training, managing around 14000 Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) across 36 states with more than 26 lakhs students / per year – their admission to examination and certification. Dr. Jayaprakasan has 33 years of experience in Imparting skill-oriented Training to the Industrial Technocrats and Young Youths on skilling, upskilling and reskilling in the field of Embedded Controllers, computer communications and interfacing, Process Instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, Industrial Automation, Industrial Networking, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing and firewall etc. He has authored for 16 technical books used in ITI’s across the country in the IT & ITeS Sector. He has received National e-Governance Award 2021-22 from Govt. of India under the category: Excellence in Citizen Centric Delivery for the Bharatskills portal – in the 25th National eGovernance Conference event on 26-27 Nov 2022, held at Katra, Jammu.

Alankrit Vallabh Arora is the founding Chief Business Officer and Principal Officer of the American International School Chennai (AISC) since 2012. Prior to joining AISC, Alankrit was the Senior Staff Officer in the India Navy. In his career as a Naval officer, Alankrit has held various positions and was also an airborne Paratrooper. Alankrit is an alumnus of the Naval Academy, Naval Engineering Course, and Naval College of Engineering. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Advanced Management Program (AMP) from Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Prof. Dr. D. Viswanathan is the Rector – Research and Development, Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute, Chennai. He is the former Vice Chancellor of Anna University, Chennai. Dr. Viswanathan did his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Annamalai University, Master’s Degree in Production Engineering at the College of Engineering, Guindy, University of Madras. He obtained his Ph.D. from I.I.T. Madras in the field of Metal forming (Mechanical Metallurgy). During his Ph.D. Programme he worked on Trissule Missile Project, which was   sponsored by His Excellency Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, the then Director of DRDL in 1984. Dr. Viswanathan has closely associated for his research and development with DRDO, HAL, Atomic Research Centers, ISRO, RRL, DMRL and many leading industries. He has guided five Ph.D. scholars in the field of Mechanical Engineering and Media Technology. He has published more than 50 National and International research publications. He received the most prestigious “International Socrates Award” from the European Business Assembly, UK at the famous Oxford Hall and this award was conferred on him for his outstanding achievements in excellence in technical education and research, remarkable reputation and successful professional achievements. He is the first Indian to receive this award. He was also awarded as “Colonel Commandant of NCC”, by the Ministry of Defence, Govt of India.

Dr. D. Dhanapal is the Managing Trustee and Correspondent of Kovai Vidyashram Schools, Kangayam and Coimbatore. He has served for 35 years in various Institutions of different Cultures. He has published 15 papers in Refereed and Journals with Impact factor and more than 10 articles in Tamil were published. He has also produced 5 Ph.Ds. He has teaching experience in both UG and PG level courses in Psychology and Management. Dr. Dhanapal has conducted more than 1500-man days of training for various groups like Executives, College Teachers, School Teachers, Public and Students of Schools and Colleges. He has experience in more than 10 consultancy assignments for Industries and Institutions. He has been the Chairman of Board of Studies of Management Programmes, Anna University of Technology, Coimbatore (2010-2012). He is the Member of BOS of many Autonomous Institutions, Editorial Board Members of Four Academic Journals, Former Editor of Two Management Journals and also, he has been a Former Member – Steering Committee for Education and Sports, Planning Commission, Government of Tamil Nadu.
