Dr. Vikash Kumar Singh is the Founder Director of Genius Kids India, Kolkata. He is a young, energetic and a dynamic Entrepreneur who started his career in the field of Education and training at the age of 20yrs. He has worked tirelessly for social & intellectual upliftment of the society. Dr Singh has been instrumental in designing and commissioning several innovative tools and techniques in education and has been invited in several national and international conferences and workshops to address the gathering on various important & contemporary topics. After completing his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya he completed B.Sc in Mathematics from Calcutta University also completed BCA from GG University and then completed his Executive MBA program. He has been awarded the Honoris Causa Doctorate (Ph.D.) Award in Education, Training and Human Development by Commonwealth Vocational University. He has recently received Sikkha Samman 2020 at Kolkata Literacy Summit from Hon’ble Governor of West Bengal. Dr. Singh has a keen interest in Social Work and runs a Charitable Trust which has been undertaking several social works since past 10 years.

Arup K. Mukhopadhyay is the Director of Unacco Group of School, Manipur. He is truly a transformational leader who shapes culture and loves to bring changes with time to be always ahead of time. His main thrust has been to set the tune of progressive teaching-learning environment and boarding in 21st century ‘knowledge Age’ through shared and collaborative leadership. An alumnus of the University of Calcutta, India, Mr. Mukhopadhyay has deliberately dedicated his life to the teaching profession. This destiny-determining decision has, for over three decades, led him to being associated in diverse capacities, with some of the best progressive multicultural schools, in South-East-Asia, Middle-East and Africa. Institutions such as Rishi Valley School, Mirambika, Science Education Centre, Maldives, Vikas Vidyalaya and IST, Tanzania have immensely contributed in shaping his leadership style. Mr. Mukhopadhaya has taken over as the Chief Executive Officer of Rungta Group of Schools in Bhilai and Durg in Chhattisgarh recently after returning to India. He is also well-known Education Consultant working for profit and non-profit institutions in India and Africa. He is instrumental in driving the idea of start-up play school chain under the banner ‘RUNGTA PLAY SCHOOL’.

Dr. Manjula Pooja Shroff is a renowned edupreneur, vlogger, achiever, and podcaster who has made a significant impact in the field of education. As the CEO of Kalorex Group, she has played a pivotal role in establishing and managing several premier schools, including Delhi Public Schools and Calorx Public Schools, with a focus on excellence and technological innovation. With a passion for holistic education, Dr. Shroff advocates for SHROFFism, which emphasizes the importance of mental, physical, and spiritual well-being in leading a centred life.
