Racquel Shroff is the CEO of Global Education Solutions. She is a recognised expert in the international education industry, with more than 27 years of experience in consulting, skills and career development, teacher, faculty & counsellor training, English language testing, large scale transformation project design & implementation, product development and commercialisation, strategic marketing, policy research and partnership development. She has worked across Governments, Industries, Professional Bodies, Non-profits, Research Organisations as well as with schools, colleges, universities, vocational institutes in Australia, India, Middle East and South Asia. Racquel is also Chairperson of the Indian Career Education and Development Council, a non-profit organisation set up with support from the Australia India Council, to serve as a professional body for teachers, counsellors, trainers, human resource and learning and development professionals engaged in the career transition of young people.

Dr. Anju Sharma, IAS is the Director General, Kaushalya Skill University and Principal Secretary, Labour, Skill Development and Employment Department, Government of Gujarat. She is a member of the prestigious Indian Administrative Service and has been serving in the Government at senior leadership positions for more than 28 years. She has done her MBA in Marketing & Finance and Masters in International Development Policy from Duke University, USA. During her administrative career she worked as Collector & DDO in various districts of Gujarat and has worked in various departments like Higher and Technical Education (H&TE), Health, Revenue, Environment, and Forests in the State Government. She has also worked as Director in the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. Dr. Sharma has pioneered path breaking projects like e-Mamta for Mother and Child Tracking, “Khilkhilat” vans for drop back of newborn infants with mothers from maternity homes, 181 “Abhayam” helpline for women, School Safety Week for disaster management education, Student Start up and Innovation Policy and so on. She has received several awards like, the ‘Prime Minister’s Award for Administrative Excellence for implementing the Sickle Cell Anemia Control Program in the State (2011)’, Best Performance in the State Startup Ranking Award by DIPP, Government of India, and several others. She has also written two books viz –“I of the Storm – Discover your true self” and “Corporate Monk – A Journey from Wealth to Wisdom”.
