Mr. Tarun Jain

Mr. Tarun Jain is an HR Digital Transformation Leader with 2 decades of experience. Specializes in end-to-end SAAS/ Cloud (like SuccessFactors, Cornerstone) & On-premise deployments (like SAP) and has a background of successfully managing multiple HR transformation projects across geographies (mainly APAC & EMEA) with global organizations namely Siemens, IBM, SAP & Worley. He currently leads the Global Remuneration Systems for Worley.
Prior to Worley, he led the digital HR transformation journey at BCCL. With extensive & in-depth experience of HR Consulting, Leadership, Change Management, Business Process Improvement, HRIS & HR analytics, he was responsible for ensuring best in class employee experience through deployment of latest Technology. He is a B. Tech, MBA and pursuing one year PG Program in Senior Leadership from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Tarun has also managed role of HR Systems Head/ HR Solution Architect/ Project Manager/ Team Lead/ Auditor with overall responsibility of HR solution and Team in various implementations. He also specializes in Systems Deployment/ Development project methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, SAP Activate.
