Sudhir Gupta

Sudhir Gupta, Founder Chairman of Moradabad Institute of Technology Group of Institutions, is a seasoned lawyer with over 57 years of experience in various branches of law, including Constitutional Law, Corporate & Commercial Law, Arbitration, and Employment Disputes. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, and other tribunals and High Courts across India. Beyond his legal practice, Sudhir is dedicated to advocating for the rights of underprivileged and disadvantaged communities. Awarded the Packard Fellowship by the International Institute of Education, San Francisco, he has worked extensively on promoting the human rights of women and children. He also serves as a resource person for various industry bodies and not-for-profit organizations, conducting training programs on legal and compliance issues. An avid nature enthusiast, Sudhir enjoys trekking in the Himalayas, jungle walks, and birding, often sharing these experiences with his two sons and community children.
