Prof. S. Vijaya Bhaskara Rao

Prof. S. Vijaya Bhaskara Rao currently serves as the Vice-Chancellor (I/C) of Vikrama Simhapuri University, Nellore, and is also the Director of the UGC-SVU Centre for MST Radar Applications at Sri Venkateswara University. With over three decades of academic and administrative experience, he is a respected Professor of Physics and a visionary leader.
