Dr. M. Ramanan, a distinguished leader with over 50 years of experience, holds three doctorates from IIM Lucknow and Mysore University, an MBA from IIM Calcutta, and CAIIB and PGDFT certifications. He has served as CEO of two major banks, Dean of leading business schools, and Director of prominent corporates like Aachi Masala and Jindal Solar. Currently Chairman of Sikkim State Cooperative Bank and Adviser to various industries, Dr. Ramanan is committed to empowering youth as job providers. Recognized for his dedication to developing micro and small industries, he was recently appointed Chairman for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry by the UN University. His extensive expertise bridges banking, academia, and industry for sustainable development.

Naveen Jayachandran is the Vice Chairman of J.N.N Institutions, leading its growth strategy and innovative initiatives. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, and an M.E. in Engineering Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York. Before joining J.N.N Institutions, he served as a Senior Process Engineer with IBM in North Carolina, USA, where he made significant contributions to his team and projects. Passionate about high-quality education and its transformative potential, Naveen credits his own success to impactful educational experiences. He is dedicated to providing students with opportunities for transformational learning, shaping their futures through access to exceptional education. Dr. M. Muthukannan, an expert in Transportation Engineering and Concrete Technology, holds a Ph.D. from Anna University’s College of Engineering, Guindy. A dedicated educator and researcher, he has guided 10 Ph.D. scholars and currently mentors eight more. With 113 international journal publications, 21 national journals, and 35 conference papers, his research impact includes an h-index of 24 (Google Scholar) and eight patents. He has authored two textbooks published by Tata McGraw Hill and AICTE-ISTE, completed consultancy projects worth ₹45 lakhs, and secured ₹2.66 crores in research funding. A life member of professional bodies like ISTE and ASCE, Dr. Muthukannan is experienced in accreditation processes (NIRF, NAAC, NBA) and committed to advancing education and research.

Prof. (Dr.) Raja Loganathan is a distinguished academician with nearly 30 years of teaching experience, including five years at Arba Minch University, Ethiopia. He earned his Ph.D. in Low Power VLSI from Anna University and has expertise in engineering education. A mentor for Outcome-Based Education, NAAC, and NBA accreditations, he has published extensively in international and national journals and presented numerous papers. Dr. Loganathan has organized over 150 programs, including seminars, workshops, and webinars, with a focus on skill development. Recognized with the “Best Educationist Award” in 2020, he is a life member of ISTE and a member of IETE and UACEE, contributing significantly to education and technical advancement.
