Dr. C. Natarajan

Dr. C. Natarajan, Principal of Hindustan Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Engineering College (presently VIT) and an M.E. in Production Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore. He completed his Ph.D. research in Surface Machining from Anna University of Technology, Coimbatore in 2012. With over 22 years of teaching experience, including 5 years as Principal, he has published numerous papers in esteemed journals, guided over 60 B.E. projects and 10 M.E. theses, and serves as a reviewer for various international journals. Dr. Natarajan has attended over 25 seminars, workshops, and conferences, and organized more than 12 programs including national conferences and AICTE sponsored seminars. He is an approved Ph.D. research guide of Anna University, Chennai, and a life member of the Indian Society of Technical Education and Society of Automotive Engineers. As Placement Head, he facilitated numerous student placements and developed MoUs with leading corporates, coordinating Tamil Nadu State Level Placement Programme (TNSLPP) for various companies.
