Dr. J. Yogapriya

Yogapriya J currently serves as the Dean of Research and Development at Kongunadu College of Engineering and Technology, Trichy, Tamil Nadu. With a fervent dedication to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and intellectual property rights skills among students and faculty, she actively guides participation in prestigious contests like Smart India Hackathons, Toycathons, and more. Her leadership has propelled the Institution Business Incubator to be recognized as a Host Institute by the Ministry of MSME, securing significant funding and nurturing six startup ideas. Notably, she received funding from DST SERB for pioneering research integrating AI and IoT to analyze women’s fertility stages. Recognized for her contributions, she was honored with the Lilavati Award from AICTE for Women Entrepreneurship and played a pivotal role in achieving stellar ratings for promoting innovation and entrepreneurship culture within the institution.
