Dr. K. Indira Devi

Dr. K. Indira Devi, the Principal (FAC) of GRG Polytechnic College, Coimbatore, holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University, Chennai (2018). With a rich academic journey, she pursued her M.Tech in Instrumentation & Control Systems from J.N.T.U.C.E, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh (2000) and B.Tech in Electronics & Instrumentation from Bapatla Engineering College, Bapatla (1998). With 23 years of teaching experience in technical education, she has held diverse roles from Lecturer to Principal. Dr. Indira Devi has contributed significantly to research, publishing 5 articles in international journals and registering 6 patents. She actively engages in faculty development programs, receiving funds for projects and winning awards such as the Best Paper Award for her paper on “Role of Industries in Technical Education.” An active member of professional bodies like ISTE, IE(I), and IEEE, she shares her expertise and fosters learning opportunities for young engineers.
