She is having 19 years of extensive experience in higher education industry. She has been instrumental in the development of many institutions like BTEC University Dubai, St. Xavier’s Sn School – New Delhi, MCT College of Education – Mumbai, Mother Teresa College – Mumbai, BTL Institute of Technology – Bangalore, ISME – Bangalore & SFS PG College – Bangalore as Principal, Head, Coordinator & Professor.
She has consulted various institutions in the area of students development, psychological counselling, administrative design, orientation, faculty training, marketing, strategic planning & educational interventions.
With a long-standing record of initiative & innovations in teaching, training, administration & marketing, Dr. Madhur Gupta published more than 20 International Research papers including, Scopus and Web of Science.
