Dr. Sandeep Tomar is working as Registrar of Bhartiya Skill Development University; Jaipur. He did his Masters and Doctorate from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. With over 23 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience in Higher Education, he has hold various leadership positions in the capacity of Program Manager, Heartfulness Education Trust (HET), Hyderabad, Controller of Examination & Registrar Academics, Dean, Head Department of Applied Science & Humanities at JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur. He took initiatives in driving the University strategic response to internal and external challenges. His research areas of interest include Polymer electrolyte for device application, ion conducting composite electrolyte for solar cells. Over the years, he has published and presented research papers in International journals and conferences in India and abroad. Dr. Tomar is the Editorial Board Member of various International Journal and peer reviewer for many international journals. He is a Life Member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), New Delhi, Material Research Society of India (MRSI) IISc Bangalore, Indian Society of Radiation and Photochemical Science (ISRAPS) BARC, Mumbai.
