Dr. Udaya Kumar Susarla

Dr. Udaya Kumar Susarla is an accomplished academic and leader, currently serving as the Principal of Geethanjali College of Engineering and Technology. With over 37 years of professional teaching experience in various countries, including New Zealand, Morocco, Ethiopia, and India, he has established himself as a notable figure in the field. His educational journey includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, along with a Master of Technology from Massey University, New Zealand, and a Master of Engineering from Osmania University. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from the same university. Dr. Susarla has a prolific research background, with 60 research papers published in international refereed journals. He has successfully guided and mentored several Ph.D. students, with a few already awarded doctoral degrees and others actively progressing in their research. Additionally, he has served as a reviewer for various international journals and has a keen interest in areas such as cryptography, image processing, genetic algorithms, and digital testing. His teaching interests span a wide range of topics in the field of computer science and engineering, and his dedication to education has earned him recognition as the Best Teacher on multiple occasions.
