Dr. Vinay. S. Purani is the Chairman of Technic Examination Board, Gandhinagar and Principal of Government Engineering College, Valsad. Holding a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a focus on AI applications in Structural Engineering, Dr. Purani has made significant contributions to the field.
