Kaisar Dopaishi is an experienced and trained post graduate, practicing educator for the last 30 odd years. He has been involved in developing productive student-focused environment to maximize learning experiences in international/public residential/day schools. At present he is the Head of School of Podar ORT International School, Mumbai. He is also on the advisory board of number of IB and Cambridge Schools and is the President of South Asia IB School Association. He travels extensively and panel is a part of the IBDP examination body, accreditation team for IBDP/MYP and Middles States Association of Schools and Colleges, workshop leader for IB Economics and general pedagogy. He is also the Programme Leader for the Cambridge Teaching and Learning Diploma. Apart from IB, he has the experience in working for the American High School Diploma, IGCSE and the national curriculums. He has worked in renowned residential schools such as Barnes School, Devlali, Sherwood College, Nainital and Kodaikanal International School in India. He has written textbooks in ICSE & ISC Economics and Commerce His last assignments were as the Vice Principal and Acting Principal at Kodaikanal International School in his nine year stint and for last 7 years as the Principal of Singapore Intl School, Mumbai. He is the recipient of the 12th Sankaracharya Jayendra Saraswathi National Award in 2013 for his outstanding contribution in the field of education and Excellence in Leadership in Education by India Today in 2017. The Forbes Magazine March 2019 issue featured him as one of the best leaders in school education and Fortune India and Univariety awarded him with Future 50 High Impact Leader, 2019 for galvanizing IB education in India through community and collaboration.
