Kajal Chhatija

Kajal Chhatija is the Founder of EduDrone – WE CONNECT and Executive Director of Gayatri Group of Schools Pune. She is an enthusiastic and energetic leader in empowering and engaging young minds in innovative and collaborative learning practices. Mrs. Chhatija is known for creating a cosy environment for her students and teachers so the school becomes a second home for all. She began her career by teaching, English and Social Studies in a school for the deprived children. Having worked with a plethora of well-known schools such as Vibgyor High, Rims International, NIBM, Euro School, Trinity International, Global Talent International School, she is currently with Gayatri Group of Schools, Pune as Executive Director. She is in this profession from last 15 years and has climbed the ladder of success from being a Co-teacher to Principal to Director to Founder of her eduventure, EduDrone – WE CONNECT. Being an eminent speaker and having voiced many leadership conferences, she often participates in the educational panel discussions. She has received many awards as the best teacher and the best Principal. She is the recipient of ‘Torch Bearer Award of ATC, Pune, for incorporating inclusive education. She has received the ISA, School Coordinator Award from British Council and several others.
