Ms. Neha is a Hospital Management leader & planner with a strong record of contributions in streamlining operations, invigorating businesses, heightening productivity, systems & procedures. She is a dynamic Professional with 19 years of experience in managing Hospital operations with focus on quality healthcare delivery; expertise in determining organization’s mission & strategic direction as conveyed through policies & objectives. She’s a strategic professional who deploys participative management style in fast-paced, diverse workforce. Ms. Lal has a demonstrated excellence in formulating hospital systems, policies, developing business plans for accomplishment of business and vision of the organisation. She has been leading, training & monitoring performance of employees and team to ensure efficiency in the operations, successfully led a team of more than 500. She is associated with many management institutes as a visiting Faculty for Masters in Hospital & Health Management courses.
