Shakila Banu is currently working as Deputy Head Academics of The Assam Valley School, Balipara, Assam. Her educational qualification includes M.Sc, B.Ed in Chemistry. During her tenure at AVS, she has handled multiple portfolios and moved on to the next level quite frequently. She has been working at AVS since its inception in April, 1995. Since then she has been teaching chemistry. Mrs. Banu was a part of the Pastoral Care Team and enjoyed being with children as Housemistress. As part of the academic team, she worked as the Head of the Chemistry Department for five years and in an administrative capacity, she has worked as Director of Admissions for eight years. Currently working for the position of Deputy Head Academics from past nine years, she has made significant contribution towards raising the standards of Academic Programme at AVS. 27 years of her rich experience at AVS has given her a ring side understanding of a Boarding School and “To Learn and Serve” is the driving force of her life.

Deepa Bhushan is the Director (Schools) of C P Goenka International School. She is a passionate educator with over 25 years of experience and expertise in handling the 360-degree domain of education with a proven record of success in the business management of schools; curriculum design and implementation; coaching and mentoring of school leadership; teacher and leadership professional development. Ms. Deepa is the recipient of the National Award for Excellence from Kanchi Peeth Shankaracharyaji for outstanding work in the field of education. She has recently been recognised in the list of India’s Top 100 Great People Managers 2021 by Forbes India. She has created a robust curriculum, assessment, and training model that accelerates achievement and builds 21st century skills in the learner for CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE across all grades. Ms. Deepa has also written books and teacher manuals on Financial Literacy, Global Literacy and Digital Literacy for young children.

Ms. Sneha Rathor a PG researcher in Childhood Studies and Early Year from Leeds Beckett University and Bachelor in Commerce from Delhi University is known to be one of the youngest early years and parenting expert in India. Ms. Rathor a member of the founding team joined backed Sanfort as a CEO- Academics & Innovations after completing her PG research. She is the primary source behind curriculum designing & development, training, and innovations at Sanfort. Ms. Rathor is a speaker in major conferences on education and has received various prestiage awards including “Youngest Eduprenure of the Year 2018” by GTF and Certificate of Excellence for outstanding contribution in Early Years of Education in 2021 by The Hindu and Ministry of Ayush. With her young mind, she desires to create a pedagogy that provides an enriching learning experience to the early learners and has been working for it restlessly.

Dr. Mona Lisa Bal is the Chairperson of KiiT International School, Bhubaneshwar. She graduated in Political Science with Honors from Calcutta University and post-graduated from Utkal University. She is also a Post graduate in Business Administration from KiiT University. She did her Doctorate in “Effective Learning in a Joyful Environment”, culminating into publication of a pioneering book “Transformation in the Pedagogy of Education in India”. Dr. Bal is the guiding force behind the Vedic Memory Lab, a first of its kind initiative in the country for empowering students to enhance learning with the best amalgam of traditional and modern pedagogical practices for holistic learning. She was recently conferred with Mahatma Gandhi leadership award from the NRI welfare society in the House of Commons of Parliament in London. She also received “Emerging Leader” award at Leadership Excellence Award 2019, Thailand an initiative by Meccademia Education Group. Besides, she is proactively engaged with KISS, a School for 25,000 tribal students and mentors selected tribal students for achieving the civil services. It is under her leadership that KiiT International School has achieved all round excellence and is ranked among the top ten Schools of India. Several international awards and MOUs with organizations for academic excellence have been achieved under her tutelage.

Dr Amrita Vohra is the Director Education – GEMS Education, India and Executive Principal, GEMS International School, Gurgaon. She is a passionate educator, researcher, and author with over 25 years of transformative work in education. Dr. Vohra has a PhD in English Literature and is a certified Program Leader for Cambridge Professional Development Qualifications for teachers and school leaders, a TKT qualified teacher of English, she has helped setup and led various schools as Principal and School Improvement Advisor. K-12 Policy, Professional Development, Quality Assurance and SEL are some of her key interests. Dr. Seema Negi is a Global Goodwill Ambassador, Director Principal of Sanjeevani World School, Mumbai and a Life coach. She lives by the principle “I am because WE are”. Being a visionary, Dr. Seema Negi’s leadership has always been dynamic and passionate. She has prevailed in the field of education for more than two decades. Kajal Chhatija is the Founder of EduDrone – WE CONNECT and Executive Director of Gayatri Group of Schools Pune. She is an enthusiastic and energetic leader in empowering and engaging young minds in innovative and collaborative learning practices. Mrs. Chhatija is known for creating a cosy environment for her students and teachers so the school becomes a second home for all. She began her career by teaching, English and Social Studies in a school for the deprived children. Having worked with a plethora of well-known schools such as Vibgyor High, Rims International, NIBM, Euro School, Trinity International, Global Talent International School, she is currently with Gayatri Group of Schools, Pune as Executive Director.
