Pradeep Mishra is the Associate Vice President – Central Procurement & Supply Chain at Paras Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. He is an experienced Healthcare Supply Chain professional with a demonstrated history of working in hospital & health care industry. Skilled in Procurement, Negotiations, Inventory management, Operations Management, Team Building, Pharmacy Automation, Management, and Healthcare. Mr. Mishra is a strong operation professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Operations Management and Hospital Management.

Neelesh Shinde is the Chief Technical Officer at Jupiter Lifeline Hospitals Ltd. He is a B.E. Biomedical by qualification, and has an experience of over 24 years in Healthcare Industry. Mr. Shinde started his professional career with “Birla Medical Technologies (Elscint)” as a Sales-Service Engineer in 1997. He was a part of installation team for 0.5 T superconducting MRI at Jupiter Scan Center, Thane which was the first installation of Elscint in India. Mr. Shinde is Six Sigma – Green Belt Certified. He received GE Medical Systems exemplary performance award for three consecutive years. He also got trained in Netherlands on Pneumatic transport system installed first of its kind system in India in 2007. Mr. Shinde has headed the project of NEURO REHABILATION center one of the state of art facility in South East Asia. He has also Headed the project of replacement of old Siemens & installation of new GE Cath lab which created benchmark in Healthcare Industry across South Asia for FASTETST replacement. He headed the project of installation of new Robotic Ready Operation theatre in span of 7.5 days which has become fastest installation across India. Mr. Shinde has received prestigious THANE GUNIJAN award from Thane Municipality Corporation for contribution in various field like Biomedical Engineering, Educational and Cultural activities. He has been actively involved in setting up & leading the entire vaccination drive across Thane district including, Kalwa, Mumbra, Dombivali, Kalyan, Badlapur, Ulhasnagar & entire Thane city covering almost 1 lac plus citizens.

Yateesh Wahaal is the Executive Director of Nayati Healthcare & Research Pvt. Ltd. He began his professional career as a Banker with the then Centurion Bank. Defying conventional thinking, he joined start-up consultancy Noesis, helping clients with important acquisitions and development in New York, India, Oman, United Kingdom, France, Brazil, Russia, and Indonesia across industries like telecom, real estate, iron ore, oil & gas and automobiles, amongst others, representing corporate such as Tata Steel, Tata Communications, Tata Teleservices, Telecom Authority of Oman, Punj Lloyd, Reliance Industries amongst others. Yateesh set-out to establish and head Pegasus, another consulting firm out of Africa, India and South East Asia, incubating companies and guiding them for eventual listing at the bourses. Currently, Mr. Wahaal is the Executive Director & CEO of Vimhans Hospital, pursuing its vision of offering quality healthcare to the masses. He has been spearheading the expansion plans of the group and was instrumental in the acquisition of the Vimhans, Primamed Hospitals and Sunder Lal Jain Hospital in Delhi NCR. Mr. Yateesh, is a B.Tech in Electronics & Communications and Business Administration (Finance & Marketing). He has also done advance management programme from the NUS, Singapore & ISB Hyderabad and specialized course in Private Equity from ISB Hyderabad.

Col. Dr. Sunil Kumar Rao is the Chief Executive Officer at Gujarat Cancer Society. He’s a highly experienced hospital administrator, adept at managing P&L, doctor engagement, new hospital commissioning, expert in hospital construction as per NABH and JCI, operations management, quality and accreditation, NABH and JCI. He has an International healthcare experience as in charge of hospital in Africa and Qatar. Dr. Rao is an expert in transformation of processes and operations in hospitals. He has a rich experience of 25 years as hospital administrator in hospitals of Armed Forces India.

Ms. Upasana Arora is the Director of Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital and Board Member at Ethical Committee AHPI. Her passion lies in transforming healthcare in India by focusing on patient safety and affordable healthcare. As the CEO, she has worked relentlessly to ensure access to affordable healthcare for all, regardless of their socio-economic condition. Ms. Arora believes in the power of spirituality in enhancing well-being. This belief permeates in her work, helping her develop a culture of ethics and values at Yashoda to ensure a seamless patient experience by actively seeking patient feedback. She has also been active in working for women empowerment. Her efforts in promoting gender parity in healthcare are rooted in the belief that unlocking the potential of 50% of the nation’s workforce will not only empower women but also boost the growth of Indian economy. Gouri Sardesai is an IIM-I graduate and has 20 + years of rich experience in the areas of Strategy Planning, ROI Accountability, Revenue Expansion, New Business Development, Sales & Marketing, besides others. She is honoured as one of the 50th Outstanding Women in healthcare in Feb’17 by World Medical Congress (cited number 20th globally), while working with Lokmanya Hospitals. She has strong capabilities in introducing International Marketing and promoting Medical Tourism in Africa, USA, UK & Middle East. She is an aachievement – oriented professional with excellent team building & leadership skills and an ability to manage change with ease. Ms. Sardesai leveraged success in running processes / SOPs and restructuring workflow & creating teamwork environment to improve productivity. She showcased excellence in formulating business strategies in line international markets, understanding the pricing, and developing products in global markets adhering to the organization objective.

Dr. Hiren Ambegoakar is the Group CEO of Surya Hospitals. He is a seasoned Healthcare Administrator with more than 3 decades of experience. He holds a MD degree in Anaesthesiology from T.N. Medical College & Nair Hospital – Mumbai. He also holds a Post Graduate degree in Healthcare Administration & Management and has held various senior hospital administration positions in his career stint. After practicing as an Anaesthesiologist for 25 years he started his Administrative journey at Seven Hills Hospital. He was the V.P Medical Services at Seven Hills. Later in 2018, Dr. Ambegaokar had been the CEO of S.L. Raheja Hospital, a Fortis Associate. Prior to Raheja Hospital, he was the Regional Medical Director (South & West Region) for Fortis Healthcare for 2 years. Currently he is the Group CEO for Surya Hospitals which has 5 Hospitals in Mumbai, Pune & Jaipur. He firmly believes that Healthcare should be universal & affordable to all the sections of the society. Quality, Safety, Ethics & Empathy should be the guiding principles in running any Healthcare Institution.

Akshara Damle is a TEDx speaker and a psychologist based out of Bengaluru and also a visiting consultant in Gurgaon and Mumbai. He is working for the cause of mental wellness in different sections of society, with a wide range of clients going through various mental issues. Being an NLP practitioner and having undergone a few more certifications, he has also been a trainer and a life coach. He has conducted workshops on stress management, conflict management, exploring the self, leadership, etc for bankers, police personnel, teachers, block education officers, corporates and so on. Mr. Damle founded ManoSamvaada, to work in the area of mental health. Besides being a consultant in many other organizations, he has been recognised as a keynote speaker at several national and international conferences. Through “ManoSamvaada,” he has been able to create an impact and bring transformation at individual and group levels across the various sectors of society. He has been felicitated with ‘Social Impact – Corona Warrior Award – 2020’ by SmruthiSadhana Foundation, Bengaluru. He is also an author and has published four books and also a columnist in leading newspapers. He is an amateur Carnatic classical musician too.

Shuvankar Pramanick is the Sr. Director & Dy. CIO, Head – Digital Transformations of Manipal Health Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. He has been associated long with different digital transformation in healthcare, Artificial Intelligence, Process Automation by using BOTs & Process transformation in critical areas like ICU, Machine learning. He has extensive experience in EMR and Clinical Data Analysis. Mr. Pramanick has an experience and demonstrated excellence in conceptualizing and implementing new innovative Healthcare projects from scratch to success and also developing Business plan, process improvement, resource allocation, costing and utilization in Projects. He has worked across various teams/groups to execute projects; he thinks strategically and acts tactically; he has an ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously with minimal direction. Mr. Shuvankar is an energetic, self-motivated team leader with hands on experience in System & business analysis, requirements gathering, application integration and customization. He was part of a Management team that turned around company in 3 years, increased revenue by improving efficiency and increasing capacity of delivery units.
