Rishabh Tandon is the Area Director – Human Resources with Intercontinental Hotels Group. He passionately drives People Strategy for 12 IHG hotels in India. Rishabh has grown with IHG and handled multiple roles in L&D, HR and Social Media (Employer Branding). He has received multiple accolades for his leadership including the Forbes India Top 100 People Manager 2019, Best Hospitality Personality Award and HR Team of the Year – 2019 and 2020. Koustav M.Dhar has been Asian Civil Aviation Industries one of the senior most Professional with experience of over 30 years. He started his career as Chef with Kempisnki Hotels in 1993 post his Hotel Management Post Graduation along with Masters and later Ph.d in Civil Aviation from IATA. He has set up India’s 5 Regional Airlines – Zoom Air, MDLR Airlines, Jahson Air, Skyone Airways and successfully managed as CEO with above Airlines in India, as well as Best Air, Bangladesh, Biswo Air Nepal, Skylar Airlines Thailand and recently SkyKG Airlines in Kyrgyzstan. Prior to that he has held Top Management positions as Global Head with Chapman Freeborn Asia, CEO and MD of Ultra luxury OLIVEA, COO and Senior VP with Air Sahara, Air One Aviation. He is also the Managing Director of a Boutique Aviation Management Firm which sets up Airlines in Asia, CIS nations and Middle East. Mr. Dhar prior to his shift to Aviation in 2000 has been General Manager and Top Management with ITC Hotels, HHI- Kolkata, The Park Group of Hotels, Best Western, Holiday Inn hotels. As the founder of Regional Aviation in India he is extremely passionate for growing Indian and Asean Regional connectivity and has written several Articles in Global journals and white papers for Ministry and part of policy making.

Dr. Aloke Mullick is currently the Group CEO of Omni Hospitals, a South India based tertiary hospital chain where he is responsible for developing leadership excellence, creating operational and business transformation, and managing strategic growth. He has successfully mentored this chain’s various hospital leadership teams on benchmark-based cost containment, novel revenue growth, and data-based revenue leak avoidance strategies, leading to more than doubling of unit EBITDAs within six months. Dr. Mullick completed his Graduate Medical School from Allahabad and has a Masters in Surgery from AFMC Pune. He was a military surgeon with the Indian Army for nearly two decades.

Mr. Mehta is the Chief Investment Director of the Atlas Family Office and the Vice Chairman of Dr Mehta’s Hospitals (amongst India’s oldest and most respected private hospitals). Sam is the co-founder of a number of entities, including India Home Health Care, Arya Play Games and Atlas Intelligence, and participates on various national healthcare and investmentadvisory committees. Joy Chakraborty is currently holding the position of Chief Operating Officer at P.D.Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research Centre with 21 years of experience in healthcare industry. Before starting his career, he completed his Post Graduation in Healthcare Management. He has undergone advanced Executive Education from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA in Managing Healthcare Delivery and attended MDP on ‘Finance for Business leaders’organized by IIM – Ahmedabad. Joy is currently, Chairman- Healthcare Initiatives of CII (Western Region), Member of National Healthcare Committee of CIIand Sports Committee of CII; He has been elected for the Governing Council Member for CAHO(Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organization) as Zonal Coordinator – West. He is President of Association of Healthcare Providers of India (AHPI – Maharashtra & Goa); Member of Advisory Board of Healthcare Programs (IIM-Calcutta); Member of Industry Academia Board (XLRI – Jamshedpur). He has been nominated as Chairman of Health Sector Skill Council (HSSC) for Western Region.
