Prof. Atul Khosla Founder, Trustee and Vice Chancellor at Shoolini University (www.shooliniuniversity.com), Solan, Himachal Pradesh – India’s leading research centric private university. Atul has been an entrepreneur for the last 20 years and he has founded and led multiple startups. Atul founded Everest Group’s businesses in India and Asia in 2003-2006; subsequently he moved to Switzerland where he helped build a-connect ag. into a global consulting business; Atul then moved back to India in 2008 and founded Oliver Wyman’s India and Asia business. Atul has recently co-founded Aaddoo – an edutech startup based out of Chandigarh, India.Atul also advises several Indian and global organisations on issues of strategy and innovation – he is/ has been Independent Director with Gabriel India, Director with Innohive (a social incubator), Senior Advisor to Ankur Capital (India’s leading social VC fund), Member State HP Council CII and Advisor to SEBI Chairman (India’s Security Regulator) among others. Dr. C. S. Nair (D.Litt.(H.C) M. Phil; M. A; PGDBA; Academic & General Law) Started his career in the field of Business Management, Sales & Marketing and Operations, Dr. Nair has been engaged with the Education & Training Industry for last more than 30 years and was associated with renowned organizations and conglomerates based out of India and abroad. A seasoned professional from the education and training industry in the country, with expertise in Academic Operations, Franchising, Program, Projects, Processes, People & Product Management, he has been playing a very effective role in the various growing and remarkable establishment stages of business development of the education franchising at NIIT for more than twelve years. As Education Academy Channel Operations Manager, he has been instrumental in setting up numerous processes and systems to take care of the channel management, setting up and functioning of franchise locations and customization of internal employee training and delivery systems and needs at Hero Mindmine – The Hero Group. As National Operations Head, he was responsible to ensure complete integration of the academic process of multiple Indian Universities imparting training and certification of both undergraduate and post graduate students of business management through the education centres as SPOC & guide of business partners and students at NIS Sparta – Reliance ADA Group. As the Affiliations Head he has been entrusted with the responsible to appoint the first 100 Training Partners and multiple assessment agencies and to take care of Training Assessments, Student Evaluation and Certification process of Automotive Skills Development Council (ASDC) under the well-known “STAR” scheme of the National Skills Development Council (NSDC). As General Manager, he was heading the Operations, Standards and Quality Assurance of Singapore based organisation. As Vice President-Operations he worked closely with the Training Partners affiliated under the Punjab Skill Development Mission (PSDM) in setting up Vocational Training Centers in the Districts of Bhatinda and Faridkot. For last few years he has been associated with K-12 segments and held the positions as Director- Skills with DPSG & Head Academia with The Telecom Sector Skills Council (TSSC). Currently holding the position as Dean-Skills & Capacity Building with one of the known progressive Schools in Delhi-NCR. As an expert and specialist in the Education, Training, Learning, Skilling & Capacity Building industries, Dr. Nair is an effective speaker in public forums, workshops and professional and spiritual gatherings. He has got an Honorary D. Litt; two Masters Degrees in Philosophy and Arts, in addition to a Post-graduate Diploma in Business Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Academic Law to his credits.

Ms. Roshni Vijayan, a visionary and a role model mentor to many, has paved her way in the field of education with an enriching experience of over 3 decades working in many renowned schools Nationally and Internationally. Her career spans over a considerable period in various capacities with many milestones to her credit. A staunch propagator of Inclusive education, she has opened the doors to many children who are differently abled and has brought them to the mainstream education. Alongside touching many lives meaningfully, she believes in empowering the facilitators and creating a lineage which would benefit the future of our country. As an educationist, she has conducted innumerable workshops as a CBSE trainer and School Head, at places she goes as a pedagogue. With a belief that Education without values is of no relevance, she has always stressed upon the need of value-based education system. With a childlike zeal and the depth of a philosopher, she believes that the Education world must give the children roots to grow and wings to fly!

Brian Cooklin is as an international educational leader who has led schools and delivered highly effective and influential educational projects in three continents over 23 years. As Managing Director for Nord Anglia India, Brian will lead the group’s strategic development and support the leadership teams of all five Oakridge International Schools (OIS), based in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mohali, and Visakhapatnam.
