Rajesh Vasudevan brings over 30 years of educational expertise, spanning diverse roles from teaching dance and drama to leading schools internationally. With a background in English literature and education, he holds a post-graduate diploma in identifying and managing learning challenges in early learners. Rajesh has served in prominent educational institutions such as Sharanya Narayani International School and Indus International School, demonstrating proficiency across various curricula including CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, A Levels, and IB. Currently, as the Head of School at Manchester International School Coimbatore, he oversees the implementation of the IB continuum programs (PYP, MYP, DP), leveraging his experience as an IBEN Member and examiner. Rajesh also holds key leadership roles in the IB community, serving as Secretary of the Association of IB Heads Pan India and South Asia, Co-Chair of IB Heads South and East region, and Chair of the DP Network Tamil Nadu region.

Senthil Ganesh Kuppuswamy, the Managing Trustee of RVS Educational Trust, boasts 20 years of multifaceted experience spanning IT consulting, project finance, marketing, and strategy. Leading 10 educational institutions with over 6000 students and 500 faculties, he has driven revenues to $7 million. His strategic acumen revitalized an MBA program, repositioning it as a pioneer in producing Techno Managers for the Digital Era. Senthil’s passion lies in team building and talent empowerment, evident in his successful coaching initiatives. Actively engaged with the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), he has contributed to national policy development and industry-academic collaborations. With a Ph.D. in Management from Bharathiar University and a rich educational background including an MBA from Texas A&M University, Senthil combines academic rigor with practical expertise, making him a formidable force in the educational and business landscape.

Atul Khosla is the Vice Chancellor at Shoolini University. He drives new initiatives at Shoolini – initiating partnerships with industry and top global universities, starting new innovative academic programmes, transforming a traditional system to new methodologies of pedagogy, initiating a skills-based curriculum and building one of India’s most dynamic and cutting-edge education technology platforms. He started his career with McKinsey and Co. and in his 25 years as a consultant, he advised clients in India, Asia, North America, Europe and Australia. Atul was also advisor to MMC’s Global Board on building the company’s global operating platform. In addition, Atul led Oliver Wyman’s initiative to build a global “Risk Advisory and Operations” business in JV with a global outsourcing major. Atul is the Dean of ‘Faculty of Management Sciences & Liberal Arts at Shoolini University and he teaches Finance and Strategy. He is also a guest and visiting faculty at several Indian and Global Universities. He is a B.Tech from the IIT Kanpur and MBA from JBIMS, Mumbai.

Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, with 29 years of experience in academic administration, research, and teaching, currently serves as the Vice President at Desh Bhagat University in Punjab, India. Reporting directly to the Chancellor and President, he oversees all administrative affairs and leads a diverse team supporting campus operations. Dr. Sadawarti’s primary goal is to elevate the university’s profile regionally, nationally, and internationally, while also enhancing its financial and human resources. As a former founder and youngest Vice Chancellor in India, he has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, faculty development, industry collaboration, research, and student support. With a strong commitment to education quality and diversity, Dr. Sadawarti has mentored numerous scholars and authored over 80 research papers. His leadership at Desh Bhagat University reflects his dedication to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in higher education.

Prof. (Dr.) Manpreet Singh Manna, with over 26 years of experience in academia and research, serves as the Vice Chancellor at Chandigarh University, a prestigious institution in India. Holding a Ph.D. in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, he also holds the position of Associate Professor there. Prof. Manna’s expertise lies in quality assurance, project management, and digital education, which he utilizes to propel Chandigarh University’s academic and research initiatives forward. Previously, he served as the Director of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and led the SWAYAM MOOCs project, pioneering the development of the largest MOOC platform globally. Notably, he initiated the Smart India Hackathon, fostering a culture of innovation among students. Recognized with multiple awards for his contributions to education, Prof. Manna has authored numerous research papers, patents, and book chapters, focusing on electrical engineering, IoT, and blockchain technologies, aiming to inspire and empower the next generation of learners and leaders.
