Dr. Muthukumar Kuppusamy, serves as the Director of SNMV Institute of Management, Coimbatore. With 22 years of seasoned experience in academia, he is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, where he completed his FDPM in 2011. Dr. Kuppusamy’s expertise spans various domains, including finance, where he has excelled for over 20 years, specializing in Capital Markets, Security Analysis, and Risk Management. His doctoral research focused on commodity derivatives, and he has authored 11 publications and 2 books. A distinguished academic, he has presented papers in national and international conferences and served as a resource person for numerous Management Development Programs. Dr. Kuppusamy is renowned for his administrative acumen, having handled responsibilities ranging from Academic Coordination to Strategic Planning. His dedication to institution-building and training initiatives underscores his role as a notable turnaround strategist in the educational landscape.

Dr. Ezhilarasi M, a distinguished alumna of GCT and MIT, holds a doctoral degree in Medical Imaging and boasts a commendable 30-year career in academia, encompassing teaching, research, and administration. As Principal of Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore, she brings a wealth of experience, having previously served in a similar capacity at KGiSL Institute of Technology for over 5 years. Dr. Ezhilarasi is a prolific researcher, with numerous published and reviewed papers, 7 supervised PhDs, and a granted patent to her name. Her expertise is widely recognized, as evidenced by her membership in esteemed professional bodies like ISTE, ISoI, and CSI, as well as her fellowship with the Institution of Engineers. Dr. Shajin Nargunam A is a seasoned academic and researcher in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. With a Ph.D. from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, and an M.E. from Anna University Campus, Chennai, he brings over 28 years of teaching and 19 years of research experience to his endeavors. Dr. Shajin’s research interests span Cloud and Fog Computing, Mobile Ad Hoc Networks, Sensor Networks, and Wireless Network Security. He has authored 6 books/book chapters, holds 4 patents, and has published extensively in reputable journals, with 28 papers in Web of Science/Scopus Indexed Journals and 24 papers in UGC CARE listed journals. An accomplished mentor, Dr. Shajin has guided 9 Ph.D. scholars and currently mentors 6 more. He is a sought-after speaker, having delivered 19 expert talks at various AICTE and other sponsored short-term training programs. His international collaborations include a visit to Tel Aviv University, Israel, for research and technological partnerships, for which he has received 2 awards and recognition for his significant contributions to the field.

With over thirty-two years of comprehensive experience in academia, Dr. K. Chitra serves as the Principal of Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts & Science for Women. Her illustrious career spans teaching, research, consultancy, and administration. Dr. Chitra’s leadership prowess shines through as she led her team to attain an A+ Grade from NAAC and Autonomous status for her institution, placing it among the top 100 in national surveys. She is instrumental in launching new undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programs and has authored numerous publications and books. Dr. Chitra’s adeptness in securing substantial research funding and her involvement in prestigious institution boards reflect her academic prowess. Recognized as an ‘Accredited Management Teacher,’ she has garnered multiple awards for her remarkable contributions to education. Dr. C. Natarajan, Principal of Hindustan Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Engineering College (presently VIT) and an M.E. in Production Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore. He completed his Ph.D. research in Surface Machining from Anna University of Technology, Coimbatore in 2012. With over 22 years of teaching experience, including 5 years as Principal, he has published numerous papers in esteemed journals, guided over 60 B.E. projects and 10 M.E. theses, and serves as a reviewer for various international journals. Dr. Natarajan has attended over 25 seminars, workshops, and conferences, and organized more than 12 programs including national conferences and AICTE sponsored seminars. He is an approved Ph.D. research guide of Anna University, Chennai, and a life member of the Indian Society of Technical Education and Society of Automotive Engineers. As Placement Head, he facilitated numerous student placements and developed MoUs with leading corporates, coordinating Tamil Nadu State Level Placement Programme (TNSLPP) for various companies.

Dr. N. Janaki Manohar, currently serving as Principal at Arjun College of Technology, Chennai, boasts 24 years of rich teaching experience along with extensive involvement in academic, admission, and administrative domains. With a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Sathyabama University, he specializes in reverse engineering and optimization methodologies. Dr. Manohar has a commendable track record of securing substantial funding, setting up centers of excellence, and establishing industry-academia collaborations. Throughout his career, he has excelled in various leadership roles, including Head of Department and Administrative Officer. Passionate about education, he has authored books and numerous research papers published in reputed international journals and presented at conferences. Dr. S. U. Prabha is the Principal of Dr. N.G.P. Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. She earned her Ph.D. from Multimedia University, Malaysia in 2010, with research interests spanning power systems, optimization, stability, and renewable energy. With nearly 30 years of teaching experience and two decades of research, including a decade internationally, she has published prolifically in international journals and conferences, securing significant funding and holding multiple patents and copyrights. Dr. Prabha is a recognized research supervisor at Anna University, Chennai, having supervised 10 Ph.D. candidates and currently guiding 7. She is an esteemed keynote speaker, reviewer, and senior member of IEEE, actively engaged in organizing educational events and workshops. Notably, she has received international recognition as a Distinguished Woman in Engineering, along with awards for teaching excellence and service to professional societies like ISTE. Her expertise extends to accreditation processes, where she supports institutions nationally in achieving accreditation standards.

Dr. K. Bommanna Raja is an accomplished figure in the education management industry with over 30 years of experience. Holding a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, M.Tech from IIT Madras, and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Anna University, he currently serves as the Executive Director of Excel Group Technical Campus Institutions in Namakkal. With expertise in accreditation bodies like NBA, NAAC, and NIRF, he has spearheaded numerous achievements, including pioneering advancements such as securing autonomous status, NBA, NAAC accreditations, and recognition in the top 200 band in NIRF rankings. Notably, his research contributions extend to the development of clinical decision-making systems for ultrasound kidney image diagnosis. As a mentor, he has guided numerous Ph.D. scholars and actively participated in sponsored research projects and conferences. Recognized with the Rotary Vocational Service-Human Excellence Award, Dr. Bommanna Raja continues to contribute significantly to the field of education.
