Prof. (Dr.) K. N. Sheth

Prof. (Dr.) K. N. Sheth, Vice Chancellor of Gandhinagar University, brings a unique blend of expertise from Government, Corporate Sector, Consulting, and Academia. His diverse career spans roles such as Director (Operations) at Adani Institute of Infrastructure Engineering (AIIE) and Director of Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies. Beginning as an Executive Engineer in the Government of Gujarat, he contributed to notable tourism projects and initiated events like the International Kite Festival. As CEO of Green Environment Services Co-operative Society, he led the construction of Asia’s largest Common Effluent Treatment plant. In academia, Dr. Sheth held leadership positions at Gujarat Technological University, excelling in research with 135 published papers. A Gold Medallist of Gujarat University, he holds Ph.D.s in Civil-Environmental Engineering and Law and Management, showcasing his diverse academic achievements.
