Prof. (Dr.) Parvinder Singh

Prof. Dr Parvinder Singh, Vice-Chancellor at Rayat Bahra University, Mohali and formerly controller of examinations, Punjab University, Chandigarh, has a ubiquitous experience of 34 years in the education sector, including a glorious 26 years of teaching experience. He completed his PhD. – Chemistry in Ultrasonic Velocity Studies of Cu(I) and completed his L.L.B. (Professional) first division from Punjab University, Chandigarh.
He has been a Controller of Examinations for seven-plus years and a registrar (examinations) for 12 years. He coordinated many National & States exams, such as Indian Administrative Services, Banking Services Recruitment Board, Intelligence Bureau, National Defence Academy, Combined Defence Services Examination-UPSC Railways etc.
