Prof. Dr. S.Jayarama Reddy

Prof Dr S Jayarama Reddy is the Chancellor of Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Viswa Mahavidyalaya (Deemed to be University), Kanchipuram. Previously he was the Vice-Chancellor, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati; President, PRIST (Deemed to be University), Thanjavur; Chairman, UTF, Centurion University, Bhubaneswar; Chairman, University Advisory Board, Shri Guru Ram ai University, Dehradun; Chairman, University task force, Jain University, Bangalore. Prof. Reddy is Member, Board of Governors, Environmental Protection Training and Research Institute (EPTRI), Hyderabad; Council Member, AP State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad; Member, Board of Governors, A P Residential Educational Institutions Society and several others. He has received many awards and honours, to name a few, Chemical Research Society of India Bronze Medal for significant contributions to chemical research; Best University Teacher Award by Andhra Pradesh State Government; Life Time Achievement Award for Academic Excellence, National and International Collaboration, Administrative and Organisational Capability, S V University. Prof. Reddy has guided 35 PhDs and 9 M.Phils. He has 270 research papers, 8 review articles and 16 general/popular articles in national and international journals, dailies such as The Hindu and Indian Express. He has authored 4 books.
