Prof. (Dr.) Satbir S. Sehgal, an IIT Roorkee alumnus, serves as Vice President (Strategy & Growth) at Rayat Bahra Group of Institutions. With over two decades of leadership experience in multidisciplinary Higher Education Institutions, he has earned distinction with 11 awards, including recognition in the 40 under 40 Leadership category.
Dr. Sehgal boasts an impressive academic and research portfolio with over 96 publications in esteemed national and international journals and conferences. His expertise spans across a diverse range of domains, evident in his 13 filed patents, 8 of which have been granted and 5 published. His research interests include Innovative Techniques in effective learning, Educational Technology, Experimental Heat Transfer, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Artificial Intelligence, Product Development, and Energy Management.
A Fellow of The Institution of Engineers (India) and a member of various professional bodies like ASME, ISCA, and MEA, Dr. Sehgal continues to contribute significantly to the advancement of education and research, shaping the future of academia with his visionary leadership and prolific scholarship.
