Prof. Rajita Kulkarni is a successful banker turned educator, a bestselling author, a global thought leader and a transformational leadership coach. She is currently holding various prestigious positions, like she is the President of World Forum for Ethics in Business, President of Sri Sri University, Member of the Court of IISc for the quadrennium 2022-2025, Trustee of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Vidya Mandir Trust, Global Board Member of TLEX Institute, Board Member of AOL Health and Education Trust, FICCI India National Higher Education Council, and many more. She has trained over 100,000 people in the last 3 decades, with over one million hours of training and development expertise. She has trained and coached leaders from 50 countries.
