Prof. N.M.P Verma

Professor Neel Mani Prasad Verma is the Vice Chancellor of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow. Since September 2000, he has served as a Professor, becoming a Senior Professor in 2018. He has held various leadership roles, including Dean of multiple schools and acting Vice Chancellor. Internationally, he has engaged in academic activities across the USA, Australia, Hong Kong, and other countries. His research focuses on economics, with numerous publications and nine books to his name. He has guided many doctoral and postdoctoral scholars and supervised significant research projects. He is the Founder President of the Association of the Socio-Economic Development Studies and has received several prestigious awards, including the Indian Icon Award. Prof. Verma has chaired numerous committees and has been a key figure in organizing academic events.
