Prof. Tamojit Ghosh Roy

Prof. Tamojit Ghosh Roy is the Head of Corporate Relations and Placements and an Assistant Professor of Human Resource at the Army Institute of Management. With over twenty-five years of experience, he has excelled in management teaching, B-School administration, and corporate learning. Prof. Ghosh Roy has served prestigious institutions in Mumbai and collaborated with renowned publishing houses like McGraw-Hill Education and Oxford University Press. He holds triple master’s degrees in Economics, Business Administration, and Psychotherapy & Counselling, complemented by executive education from IIM – Ahmedabad. His research interests span Economic Transitions, Entrepreneurship, and Consumer Psychology, with notable presentations at the University of Oxford.
