Sanjay Padode, President, Vijaybhoomi University & Chairman, IFIM Institutions, is an engineering graduate turned entrepreneur.
In 2019 he founded Vijaybhoomi University, India’s first liberal university, which aspires to offer relevant and quality education and engage in high-quality research in Engineering, Business, Law, Science, and Liberal Arts.
Mr. Sanjay Padode graduated from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, with Honors in M Sc (Maths) and B E (Electrical and Electronics Engineering).
He is also Secretary of the Center for Developmental Education, a not for profit society which runs the Jagdish Sheth School of Management (erstwhile IFIM Business School). He served as CEO of Religare Technologies from 2008-2010.
In 1992, he founded Dataline and Research Technologies Ltd (DaRT), the company was the first in the country to pioneer the concept of online access to financial information and was also registered as the first market data provider in the country.
