During this nine-day period, known as Meesho’s “MeeCARE” initiative, employees, or “Meeshoites,” can disconnect from work, prioritize their mental health, and celebrate. This move reflects Meesho’s dedication to the overall happiness and growth of its workforce, following the success of the ‘Meesho Mega Blockbuster Sale.’ Furthermore, the company has enhanced its parental policies, offering financial support, extended leave for primary caregivers, and provisions for unforeseen circumstances, health issues, and equitable performance evaluations. Meesho’s employee-centric approach is geared towards alleviating burnout and anxiety, promoting a healthy work-life balance, and fostering exceptional company culture.
