Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Programs: Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) programs are designed to explicitly teach emotional intelligence skills and foster social and emotional development in students. These programs provide a structured framework for educators to incorporate emotional intelligence into their teaching practices. SEL programs typically cover various aspects of emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. By incorporating SEL programs into the curriculum, schools create opportunities for students to develop and practice these crucial skills in a supportive and guided manner.
