Retail giant Walmart has finalized the purchase of Tiger Global’s remaining shares in Indian e-commerce startup Flipkart for $1.4 billion. Amazon is making significant changes to its Fresh grocery stores in the US, resulting in a reduction in the workforce. Akasa Air, a relatively new airline, is planning to expand its operations overseas and aims to hire 800 new employees by the end of 2023.
