As President – SEIL, Mr. Dharmesh Kapasi leads the management through critical organizational functions such as corporate strategy, pan India growth opportunities, and professional development of the team. Under his guidance and leadership, Shanti Juniors has established its position as Gujarat’s No.1 Pre-School and India’s Fastest Growing Pre-School Chain of India with 350+ centers spread across 74 cities.
Mr. Kapasi comes with a rich experience of over 23 years in the field of Sales, Marketing, & Franchising Business. He has established Shanti Juniors on conscience-driven business practices giving importance to supporting a friendly environment for the Franchisee partners. Also, he initiated 2 more Brands i.e. Shanti Active Care – Daycare category & Shanti Asiatic School – Alliances catering to K-12 School Franchisee needs.
