Dr. C.V. Narasimhulu

Dr. C. Venkata Narasimhulu is a distinguished educator and administrator, currently serving as a Professor and Principal at Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (Autonomous), affiliated with Osmania University in Hyderabad, Telangana. With a remarkable career spanning over 28 years, he has excelled in teaching, research, administration, and institutional development at renowned engineering colleges. Dr. Narasimhulu earned his Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from JNTUK, Kakinada, in 2013. He also holds an M.Tech. in Instrumentation & Control Systems from NIT-Calicut, Kerala (2000), and a B.Tech. in ECE from S V University, Tirupathi, AP (1995). As an exceptional administrator, Dr. Narasimhulu has played a pivotal role in policy formulation, major decision-making, and academic and administrative initiatives. He has demonstrated a unique working style with a clear vision and planning in implementing reforms. In the field of research and education, Dr. Narasimhulu’s contributions include guiding four Ph.D. students in the area of Signal and Image Processing, publishing over 60 papers in esteemed international journals and conferences, holding six patents, and authoring book chapters and a textbook. He has received grants from AICTE for faculty development programs. Dr. Narasimhulu is a Life Member of ISTE, Fellow of IETE, IE (India), and a Senior Member of IEEE. He has served as Vice Chairman of IETE, Hyderabad Centre. In recognition of his contributions, he received the Best Principal award in 2021 and the Best Researcher Award in 2020 from the Nature Science Foundation, Coimbatore.
