With vast experience of 42 years, her journey from a Maths teacher to a leading educationist is truly inspirational. She has several accolades to her credit in the form of awards at the State and Central government level, such as the State Award for Teachers, International Achiever’s Award (Women Entrepreneur), ‘Women in Education’ award by The Economic Times, ‘Visionary Edupreneurs’ by Pranab Mukharjee, Former President of India and ‘The Lifestyle Women’s Achiever’s Award by The Eye Media Group. Dr. Anurag Bist

Anurag Bist is the Founder, CEO at MONET. He is recognized for contributing to and leading several seminal technology trends and companies over the past two decades. He most recently invented the Monet Humanized Data solution. Dr. Bist has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 30 patents issued, pending and spanning technologies including audio + video signal processing, wireless telecom, data processing and consumer Internet applications. He was intimately involved with the International Telecommunications Union in the formation of low bit rate video algorithms including MPEG-4 and H.264 which continue to be the de facto standards for video compression today. Anurag was co-founder of VxTel, the semiconductor company that led the transformation from traditional telecom infrastructure to VoIP technology. Previously, he was Founder and CEO of Moxair, a technology start-up that developed solutions for low power display technology in smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices for Apple, Samsung, LG and Nokia. Anurag was the first recipient of the coveted Capocelli Prize for best student paper presented at the Data Compression Conference by IEEE, “the world’s largest technical organization for the global advancement of technology and humanity.”

Dr. Ajit Parulekar

Dr. Ajit Parulekar is the Director of Goa Institute of Management. He has worked in brand management in the pharmaceutical industry prior to getting into academics. In the year 2000 he joined the Goa Institute of Management. Currently he is the Director of GIM and is a Professor of Marketing and Health Care Management. He setup the Health Care Management program in 2013 and has worked in several areas of academic administration including program management, admissions chair, placement chair and chair of alumni affairs. Dr. K. Vijaya Bhaskar Raju

Prof. K.V.B. Raju is the Pro Vice-Chancellor, at Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, popularly known as Bharath University, Chennai. Earlier he was GITAM University, Bangalore working as Director, School of Technology, Bangalore Campus. He did his B.E in Civil Engineering during 1979-84 from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore and obtained First Class with Distinction. Later he completed his Ph.D. in 1992 in Civil Engineering with Specialisation in Geo-technical Engineering from Indian Institute of Science (I.I.Sc), Bangalore. Prof. (Dr.) Raj Singh

Prof. (Dr.) Raj Singh is the Vice Chancellor of JAIN (Deemed to be University). He is an innovative academic leader and administrator with proven capability in designing industry relevant programs in collaboration with industry and academia. He is a strong proponent of a flexible education system in an inter and trans-disciplinary setting. With 38 years of experience in education and administration, he has led some of the well-known universities and institutions in India. In the early years of his career, Professor Raj Singh has served in the Indian Air Force and worked as the Founder Head of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. Prof. Singh has conducted research and published in the field of Finance and Accounting, Strategy and Marketing. Prof. V. S. Rao

Prof. V. S. Rao is the Vice Chancellor of SRM University – AP. He is an Indian academician and the former President of NIIT University. He was previously the Acting Vice-Chancellor of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, and the Director of the Hyderabad Campus of the BITS-Pilani University. He was responsible for establishing BITS Pilani Hyderabad campus. He is an alumnus of BITS-Pilani and had been associated with the university for more than four decades in various capacities. Prof. Rao began his academic career in 1980 as an Assistant Lecturer at BITS-Pilani, Pilani Campus, Rajasthan. The courses taught by him included Organic Chemistry, Structure and Reactivity of Organic Compounds, Synthetic Organic Chemistry, and Stereo Chemistry and Reaction Mechanisms. In addition to academic responsibilities, he also held offices in administrative capabilities. For more than 41 years he has been doing research in different areas of Chemistry like Natural Products, Chemical and Microbial degradation of Lignin Wastes, Liquid Membrane Phenomena in Drug action, BIOMASS Conversion and Drug Synthesis. He has guided four Ph.D. candidates in the areas of Biogas production from some waste materials and Drug Synthesis. In 2013, he was awarded the Eminent Educationist Award by Indo Global Educational Council. He was also honored by Telugu Association of North America (TANA), USA for contribution to excellence in education in 2013.

Dr. R. Karpaga Kumarave

Dr R. Karpaga Kumaravel is the former Vice-Chancellor of Madurai Kamaraj University & Central University of Tamil Nadu. As the Vice-Chancellor, Madurai Kamaraj University, he mobilized several Crores of rupees including the UGC-University with Potential for Excellence Grant of Rs. 150 Crores in 2008, placing the University as one among the top 9 Universities in the country. As an Institution Builder, he ensured all-round development of Madurai Kamaraj University in his tenure as Vice-Chancellor, by effectively and transparently resolving long pending 30-year-old complex issues like faculty recruitment and also efficiently augmented the resources leaving the University in a sound financial status. As the Officiating Vice-Chancellor of the Central University of Tamil Nadu, he has made substantial contributions through developmental activities like HEFA Building Projects worth 95.20 Crores, Campus Development Activities like University Entrance Facelift with Fountains, Children’s Park and Academic and Administrative Reforms. Dr Kumaravel is an Awardee of Senior Fulbright Fellow (USA) by the J.W. Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board (FSB) in Washington D.C.and Trained at University of Chicago and Washington University. He has guided and produced more than 50 Ph.D. and M.Phil. Scholars in Education.
